Professional Service Rates

thinkingInitial consultation: $200

Gather clinical, family and social history; request medical records/test results; schedule visit with physician/nurse practitioner. This visit is not covered by insurance.

Ongoing services: $85 per month

Membership provides unlimited access to staff members to manage care, arrange for services and assist with insurance filings.

Most insurance plans accepted. Visits to the physician and nurse practitioner will be billed to insurance.

The Center for Memory Management is a collaboration of Carolyn Pointer Neil of Elder Advocates, as well as nurse practitioner Gene Pickett and psychiatrist Jeffrey Greenwood, M.D., of Psychiatric Concepts.
